About Chef Linda

My name is Linda Page I have been providing Personal Chef Services in the Orlando Area for the last 15 years. I went to culinary school in Upstate NY and graduated first in my class in 1984. I moved to FL where I joined Westin Hotels and did a three year, 6000 hour, formal Apprenticeship with Westin Hotels and The American Culinary Federation, graduating in 1989. I moved to Boston, MA with The Westin Copley Place in 1989. I was Assistant Pastry Chef, Assistant Garde Manger and Jr. Sous Chef of their Fine Dining Room, 10 Huntington Ave. I married and started a family in 1993, at which time I decided to leave the industry and start my Personal Chef Service, A Chef of Your Own. I joined the United States Personal Chefs Association in 1994. I have taught and mentored chefs for the USPCA since that time. In 2007, I worked with a number of NFL Sports Agents training hopefuls here in the Orlando Area and provided fresh daily meals during training. Eighteen of my clients were drafted by the NFL and one won the Super Bowl in 2008. Also in 2007, I joined the Central Florida Rental Managers Association. Since then, I have continued to work with many of the Central Florida Rental Companies, providing meals to their guests. I pride myself on my professionalism and truly enjoy cooking for others. Please let me make your vacation or event truly memorable. I can provide a variety of dining experiences. I can come in for breakfast, lunch, brunch or dinner, I am on your time table. I have worked with many types of cuisines including American BBQ, Italian, Chinese and Thai, Mexican, Indian, and German. Dinner usually consists of an appetizer or salad, entrée with sides and dessert. Pricing is dependent on menu choice and number of guests, usually between $300-600 for a three course dinner.
