Are both water parks included with my Encore Resort stay?
Yes! Every registered guest on your Encore Resort reservation can enjoy both water park experiences.
Encore Resort Aqua Park is included throughout your stay, while Island H2O Water Park admission is included on your check-in day during the park’s operating season.
What are the operating hours for each water park?
Encore Resort’s Water Park is open daily all year long.
Island H2O Water Park is open seasonally on select dates, with operating hours that vary throughout the year. Visit the Island H2O Water Park website for the latest calendar and hours.
Are towels provided at the water parks?
Encore Resort Aqua Park: Complimentary towels are available for Encore Resort guests.
Island H2O Water Park: Guests are encouraged to bring their own towels. If needed, towels are available for purchase at the park’s retail shop.
Can I reserve a private cabana?
Yes! Private cabanas are available at both water parks and are a great way to enjoy a shaded home base while your family splashes the day away.
Are there height or age requirements for the attractions?
Some slides and attractions at both water parks have height and safety requirements. Please review each park’s attraction guidelines before your visit to help everyone enjoy a fun and safe experience.
Is outside food or drink allowed?
Outside food and beverages are not permitted at either water park. Both parks offer a variety of dining options, snacks, and refreshing beverages available for purchase.
What happens if the water parks close due to bad weather?
Guest safety always comes first. Both water parks may adjust operations or temporarily close due to inclement weather. Be sure to check the latest operating information before your visit. If Island H2O Water Park closes on your check-in day due to weather, please visit the Encore Resort Front Desk for assistance.
