All of our unit types are built to the same high standard to provide a world class experience for our guests. Each unit will be consistently decorated utilizing one of Encore’s luxurious furniture styles and décor. Encore has embarked on a journey to bring the luxuries of a resort into the comfort of a home. We look forward to providing you with a vacation home experience like no other. It’s time to come stay at Encore Resort at Reunion and discover a unique, never before seen, vacation experience.
Check-in is 4 PM and check-out is 10 AM, located at the clubhouse: 7635 Fairfax Drive, Kissimmee, FL 34747. You must be 21 and older. You may place a request for late check-out, but it is not guaranteed. Late check-outs are done through the front desk.
There is a $1,000 refundable incidental deposit upon check-in.
We will need to send a Credit Card Authorization form. Please contact us for more information.
We are located within 10 to 15 minutes from Walt Disney World and 20 to 25 minutes from SeaWorld Orlando and Universal Orlando Resort. We offer complimentary shuttles to theme parks. Reservations are required and can be confirmed with Concierge. We also provide shuttle service to Orlando International Airport for an additional charge.
We are a pet-friendly resort. There is a $40 + tax daily fee.
Resort fees vary per home, please contact us for more specific rates. The resort fee includes:

Yes, we have security on-site at all times and a manned entrance gate.
All homes do have a private pool. Not all homes have a spa, although we are able to put in a request for a private spa. Heated Pools are available for an additional nightly fee of $40 from May through October, and $60 from November through April.
