Due to high demand, we recommend booking cabanas in advance. Spa and dining upgrades are based on availability and also require reservations. Cabana rates are seasonal. Please ask about the current rate when you book your stay.
Individuals under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older.

Cabana and VIP Seating Terms & Conditions
Cancellation Policy
Guests must be residents of Encore Resort at Reunion, and cabana and seating reservations must be canceled 24 hours in advance. For cancellations received later than 24 hours in advance, guests will be responsible for 100% of the total charge for the cabana and/or seating rental.
Pool Deck Rules
All our Water Park rules apply to cabanas and seating, including the prohibition of animals and glass, as well as outside food and beverage and speakers in the cabanas and seating section, loungers, or on the pool deck. Smoking is prohibited inside the cabanas and seating sections, including the use of vapes. Grounds for separation from park if rules are broken.
Weather Policy
If there is inclement weather on the day of your rental, there are no refunds given unless the Water Park closes for the entirety of the day. Check-in starts at the time of park open. If the park is open for at least two hours, then there are no refunds given for weather.
Personal Property
It is not recommended to leave any valuable personal items unattended in your cabana or seating area while you are away. Encore Resort at Reunion is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage of any personal property in the cabanas or seating sections.
